After my mother's death, I felt the need to stop and look within. I began to ask myself deep questions and examine my personal situation from different perspectives: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. It was then that I made a courageous decision: to leave my stable job in the banking sector and focus on what was most important to me at that moment: my well-being and that of my family—my husband and our three children.
At home, we experienced conflict almost daily. This reality prompted me to educate myself in various disciplines that helped not only me but also my family understand each other better, communicate with more respect, and live together more harmoniously.
During this process, I discovered Family Mediation, a profession I deeply love. Unlike therapy, mediation offers a practical and collaborative methodology that facilitates communication, emotional management, and the joint search for solutions. It allows those involved in a conflict to develop a new perspective on what is happening to them and find paths that benefit everyone.
Today I help families improve their quality of life through dialogue, empathy, and mutual understanding.
